 Now, before anyone accuses me of not supporting Huckabee, let me say I'm a proud member of many of Huckabee's instituitons- HuckPac, Vetical Politics Institue, Team Huck. But, I'm also a realist. If the GOP had any common sense They would make sure Huckabee gets the nomination as I beleive he has the best chance of defeating Obama. Unfotunately, the GOP is divided and each one has the own fave for 2012.

That's why there they mention so many frontrunners for 2012 from Mike Huckabee to Sarah Palin to Newt Gingrich, Bobby Jindal and Mitt Romney.  Now, Romney is a proven flipflopper  but, I keep seeing on the internet that the Romney fans are just as diligent as the Huck fans in trying to insure Mitt gets the 2012 nomination. Plus, I keep hearing all these rumors about how Romney is schmoozing the GOP powers that be to give himself the best chance at winning. If Romney gets the nomination, I guarantee you that Obama gets re-elected with ease.

 As for Palin and Gingrich, both have great conservative views like Huckabee. But, Gingrich is from the Clinton era. He represents the PAST. Palin, will make a great leader some day with time and experience. She represents the FUTURE, alongside Jindal, Ryan, and Cantor. 

 Huckabee, on the other hand, is the PRESENT. The right leader we need at this moment.  But, like I mentioned, the path won't be easy. Alot of formidable opponents stand between Huckabee and the White House. And I don't mean just Barack Obama. I mean the GOP primaries. The main threat is Romney, but, Palin, Gingrich, Mark Sanford, Mitch Daniels, Jim Demint, Rick Perry all pose a challenge as well.

 Getting Huckabee the GOP nomination won't be easy. But, we Huckfans must be diligent and never waiver from our goal. It'll make the victory all that much sweeter. We have hope that Huckabee will be our choice in 2012, but, to fulfill it, we must work hard and take it to the next level. Like one of Huckabee's best-selling books said, we must go From Hope to Higher Ground.

You are so right Ozzie, And I will do all that I can to help Mike win this election in 2012. I have always been a huge fan of Mike Huckabee and now I am a member of the "Huckabee Fan Club" I have copied and pasted many Huckabee banners and sayings that I include in all my E-mails to friends , When they are fowarded , many more get to see them . It is one way of getting the word out there.
