Before the clock struck midnight on 12/31/09, there were 1,529 Huckabee Fans who were automatically entered into the 2009 Book Contest. Sixty four of those members accumulated signtificant amount of additional entries into the book contest throught the year, see the Top Ranking Members section. We would like thank our Top Ranking members who helped the fan club in so many ways.

 In addition, there were countless others who received additional entries into the contest, such as uploading a picture to their profile page, providing suggestions, telling their friends and family about the fan club, etc. In total there were 9,166 entries into the 2009 Book Contest. The contest was performed by a computer, each entry was given a random number generator and then randomly mixed three times. The contest was then checked for complete randomness ensuring all potential entries (9,166 of them) had equal chance of winning the prize.

At midnight the 2009 Book Contest was performed and Nathan Devers, Huckabee Fan # 208 from Kentucky was the lucky winner. Nathan has been contacted and we will be providing Nathan the prize shortly.

The 2010 Book Contest is going to make a super great prize for one Huckabee Fan out there. The 2010 Book Contest is for another NY Times Best Seller called "A Simple Christmas" written and personally autographed by Governor MIke Huckabee. But what makes this book so special is that it is also personally autographed by Anthony Munoz who played in Super Bowl XVI and XXIII and who was inducted into the NFL Pro Football Hall of Fame. This maybe the ONLY book in the world (although we can not guarantee it, it's just our guess) that is personally autographed by a Presidential Candidate AND a Pro Football Hall of Fame Player who played in two Super Bowls with the Cincinnati Bengals.
